Product Return Policy

What is your return policy? - If for some reason you are dissatisfied you can return the entire product for refund, replacement or exchange within 15 days after delivery. Solid gold products must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product for domestic purchases, and within 15 days for international purchases. In order to have the return accepted, the postmark on the return package must be within the required amount of days of the customer receiving the product. Bluegrass Medallions does not accept partial returns or refund partial orders. We will only accept the product as it was delivered to the customer.

Why must I return the solid gold product within 7 days? - Due to the fluctuation of price for precious metals.

Do I need to insure the package? - It is recommended that you insure the returned package for the full purchased price. Bluegrass Medallions will not be responsible for lost or stolen returns.

Can I use a carrier of my choice? - Yes. You can choose any postal carrier to return the product. We do recommend that your carrier offers a method of tracking the package.

When will funds be returned to me? - Funds will be returned to your card within 1 to 2 business days after Bluegrass Medallions receives the returned package.

Does Bluegrass Medallions want to know why the product was returned? - We would appreciate any feedback about our products. Please include your comments inside the returned package, or you may fill out our contact form online.
