Shipping FAQ

What do you ship and where do you ship? - We ship all of our products to all 50 states in the USA. We ship all base metal medallions and accessories to international addresses. Delivery of precious metals such as Silver, Gold and Platinum is subject to specific international country prohibitions and conditions. Please visit the USPS web site for your country’s prohibitions or you may contact us for assistance for international orders.

When do you ship?/ How long does it take for you to ship the order? - We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM ET. Orders placed outside of these hours will not be processed until the next business day. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. If you place your order after 5:00pm on Friday, your order will not be processed until Monday. If your order has been processed for shipping, or has shipped, we can not cancel your order. You can refuse the delivery, and your order will be subject to our return policy. If we have a problem getting an authorization on your credit card for any reason, your order will not progress until we do. We will contact you ASAP to discuss how to proceed. Although every effort is made to process and ship your order within three business days, shipping time is dependent on stock availability. If an out-of-stock or back-order situation arises, we advise the customer as soon as possible to inform future ship date or refund the transaction for future purchase. Also, if you must have your order by a certain date, please let us know, so we can manage your order properly.

Do you ship C.O.D. or to a P.O. Box? - We do not ship COD and cannot mail to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

How do you ship? - We utilize United States Postal Service for most deliveries, and will on occasion utilize FedEx, UPS, or DHL depending on the circumstances. Sorry, the choice of shipping carrier cannot be chosen in advance.

What are the rates to ship? - Free delivery for orders in the USA. International rates are low.

How can I track my order? - Each carrier will have a method of tracking your order. We will email you the tracking number for each of your orders.

Can I pick up my order at your store? - No in store locations available. All orders will be shipped from the USA.

What is your delivery time for Pre-Ordered items? - Typically the pre-ordered item(s) delivery time is determined by how long group minimum orders are reached. Once minimum orders are reached delivery can be 3 to 6 weeks.
